In each case, these organizations are successful when the people associated with them are aligned to the vision in their day-to-day actions, are motivated and feel fulfilled. In addition, it is also important for the organization to create updated and clear formats to express their vision, set goals, convert these goals into reality and have accurate measures for accountability and assessment.
