Return Policy (Only on Products)
We do not accept requests for returns on any products due to internal policies. In case you receive a product that is damaged in transport, we will replace it like for like at our cost. NOTE: we will request images and proof of damage before re-sending replacement product. All requests for replacement need to be received within 7 days of receipt to be processed.
Due to internal policies, we do not accept cancellation of orders. You can email us at email@example.com in case of a special circumstance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee based on our discretion.
All product refunds will be treated as exceptions and processed on an individual basis at our discretion. There is no refund on cancellation of sessions, we will offer a credit towards an individual session or a group program offered by Learning Essence to be availed within a stipulated period of time that will be mentioned while extending the credit.
